Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)
- Comprehensive AMC
This contract covers replacement of computer hardware parts exclusive of Softwares, Operating Systems, Data, Burned, Broken parts and Consumables like Printer head, ink, etc. - Non-Comprehensive AMC
This contract involves repairing and maintenance of the faulty components of the computer hardware and if any replacement is needed at any level it would be charged exclusively.
On Call Basis Maintenance
Most suitable for domestic and SME clients where they can get timely and cost effective services.
- On Site
Maintenance will be done at the customer’s end or site. Efficient professional for service at their door step.
Rs. 250 Per Hour (Minimum Rs. 1000) In City Only - Carry In
All the faulty Computer & its Peripheral has taken to our workshop by the customer.
Rs. 200 Per Hour (Minimum Rs. 600)
