About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional with expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and social media content creation. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently, strategize marketing campaigns, generate high-quality leads, and create engaging content to boost brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target audiences.
- Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online networking.
- Monitor and optimize paid marketing campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
Social Media Management & Content Creation:
- Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, videos, etc.).
- Manage social media pages, ensuring regular posting and audience engagement.
- Develop compelling content strategies aligned with brand positioning and audience interests.
- Analyze social media performance and implement strategies for improvement.
General Marketing & Branding Support:
- Assist in email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Provide support in branding initiatives, PR activities, and market research.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and social media content creation.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Canva, and basic video editing software.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) for content creation and client interactions.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of email marketing strategies.
Experience with B2B and B2C lead generation.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
